Salesforce — 10 Years
Ray's most recent chapter was a decade at Salesforce, working across two distinct but complementary areas of the platform.
The first half of his Salesforce tenure was spent on the Tooling, Metadata, and Enterprise APIs — the foundational infrastructure that developers and administrators use to build on and integrate with Salesforce at scale. This work required deep understanding of how the platform works under the hood, and how to expose that power reliably to millions of users.
The second half was dedicated to Nonprofit Cloud (NPC), where Ray was part of the team building Salesforce's next-generation nonprofit platform. His work focused on three of NPC's core product areas: Program Management, Outcome Management, and Grantmaking — the tools that help nonprofits track their work, measure their impact, and manage the funding that makes it all possible.
Before Salesforce
Prior to Salesforce, Ray built his foundation across a range of enterprise software roles at Oracle and IBM — gaining broad exposure to large-scale systems, enterprise integrations, and the kind of software that quietly powers organizations around the world.
